RAF Card Activation
The client must go through the RAF Card Activation procedure within six months from purchase date.
The Company assumes liability to render services to Client 24 hours after RAF Card was activated.
The agreement expires exactly at 24 hours next day after three hundred sixty five days from the moment of RAF Card activation.
Card Activation is achieved by Client making a telephone call to the Company (telephone number marked on the card) and passing the following basic information to the Company's employee and/or Partner Company:
Client's Card number *
Client's Card pin-code *
Family Name, Given Name, Patronymic *
Date of birth *
Sex *
Citizens' passport (series, number, date of issue, issued by) or document substituting passport in accordance with Russian Federation legislation (series, number, date of issue, issued by) *
Address *
Available Client telephone numbers (if applicable): office, home and mobile, and email address *
Car number plate duly registered and belonging to Client on any legal ground (if applicable) *
Model, year of production and color (marked in the registration documents) of vehicle belonging to Client on any legal ground (if applicable) *
Family status and family members
Place of purchase of RAF Card
Client covers cost of telephone call according to provider tariff
After the activation procedure is completed, Client might receive notification letter with all basic information. If data in the notification letter is different from data provided by Client in the process of card activation, Client must make a written statement within 24 hours informing the Company in order to make amendments.
