RAF carries out all operations related to recovery of breakdown or technically out-of-order cars on the basis of existing laws, set of rules regulating the use of transport means and tow-away vehicle and in accordance with the provisions of the AVTOASSISTANS Rules Number 01-06-07. * Towing service means full or partial placement of the breakdown car on the evacuation vehicle, or linking the breakdown car with the help of towing rope to the evacuation vehicle, or fastening the breakdown car and the evacuation vehicle fitted with special device to transport it in conformity with the instructions regulating the use of these transportation means and safety regulations.

** Tow-away vehicle means a specialized vehicle, belonging either to RAF or to its partner, designed to load, unload and transport other transportation means by full or partial mounting or local tow in accordance with instructions on the use of vehicle and existing legislation.

*** The RAF Card holder should know that all operations and services related to the car recovery procedure are carried out only if the accident or the breakdown took place within 50 km radius from the Moscow Circular Road or 30 km radius from the administrative boundaries of such citiesas St. Petersburg, Volgograd, Voronezh, Ekaterinburg, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Perm, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Saratov, Ufa, Chelyabinsk.
